Details given: Now she devises as follows: To use of nephew Thomas Shepherd, Bedford, grocer, said messuage, lands, farmhouse etc subject to following payments: -- to his 2 sisters, Mary, wife of John Corley, St Cuthbert, Bedford, woolcomber, and Elizabeth, wife of John Stewartson, St Peter's, Bedford, joiner, £130 each. Also to Thomas Shepherd, 'my clock'. To said nephew and nieces, residue of goods, money, personal estate, equally to be divided between them. Funeral and testamentary expenses to be first deducted. Said nephew Thomas Shepherd appointed sole executor.
