    Details of other property: -- 2 closes pasture adjoining called Home Close and Ley Close (9 acres) -- 2 other closes pasture called Tressells Croft and Scots Close (9 1/2 acres) -- 10 acres arable in common fields of Marston Moretaine all now in the occupation of John Botsford. To intent that (ii) may become tenant to the freehold so that a common recovery or recoveries may be suffered in next Easter term. Property to be settled to use of John Jones for life and then to use of Elizabeth. After decease of longer liver of them, then to use of their children. If no children then as Elizabeth shall appoint. Otherwise to her right heirs forever. (i) may have right, by deed, to vary above uses.
