Details given Reciting mortgage of 28 May 1703 [see X 668/117]. £60 secured by said mortgage was not paid so estate and interest of Peter Edwards became absolute in law for remainder of term of 1000 years. Reciting also transfer of 3 June 1706 to Elizabeth Goreham for residue of term of 1000 years [see X 668/118]. Sum secured, £106, not paid, so her estate and interest became absolute in law for residue of said term and is now vested in (i). Freehold and inheritance of said closes is now vested in (iii). £10 is now due for interest of said £100. Memorandum: Katherine Dodsworth, widow and executrix of Ezra Dodsworth. In consideration of 5s paid by John Sawyer, Furnivalls Inn, London, gentleman, and £100 paid by Elizabeth Sawyer, spinster, sister of John (which said £100 is intended to be the consideration money of a release wherein trustees of will of Samuel Fowler, deceased, have conveyed freehold in said closes to Elizabeth Sawyer). Now said Katherine Dodsworth, with consent of Elizabeth Sawyer, assigns to John Sawyer within mentioned closes and premises for residue of term of 1000 years in trust for Elizabeth Sawyer.
