Assignment: (i) Peter Edwards, Cranfield, yeoman (ii) Michael Woodward, Marston Moretaine, yeoman (iii) Elizabeth Goreham, Woburn, widow. Reciting mortgage of 28 May 1703 [see X 668/117]. Money not repaid so estate of (i) became absolute in law for remainder of term of 1000 years. Now (i) in consideration of £60 paid to (i) by (iii), (i) at direction of (ii) assigns to (iii) said messuage and ground for remainder of term of 1000 years. Also (ii) in consideration of £40 paid by (iii), confirms said property to (iii) for remainder of said term to secure repayment to (iii) of £106, i.e. £3 on next 3 December and £103 on 3 June 1707 at the dwelling house of Jeremiah Rowberd in Woburn.
