Also (ii) in consideration of £40 paid by (iii), confirms said property to (iii) for remainder of said term to secure repayment to (iii) of £106, i.e. £3 on next 3 December and £103 on 3 June 1707 at the dwelling house of Jeremiah Rowberd in Woburn.
