Reciting X 668/114, and that lands etc specified in first and second part of the First Schedule were held by (ii) on trust for (iii). Deeds specified in Second Schedule relate to above lands and also to other property of (i). Has been agreed that said deeds should remain with (i) who will enter into covenants to produce them if required. 1st Schedule: 1st and 2nd parts refer to property in Marston Moretaine. 2nd Schedule: refers to deeds dating from 8 August 1718.
