- Scope and ContentDetails given: Reciting will of John Hubbard, late of Egerton House, Kent, esquire, dated 5 June 1844 by which he devised all his freehold estates to (ii) for the use of (iii) for life, in trust. Power of sale given. Money raised to be reinvested in purchase of property. He died on 16 August 1847. (ii) have recently sold part of the property for £975. Reciting also appointment and release of 22 September 1848 [see X 668/110] firstly described in Schedule, and also conveyance of 1 March 1851 [see X 668/113] secondly described in Schedule. (ii) as trustees of will, have with consent of (iii) contracted with (i) for the purchase of the property in Schedule for £2100 and it is intended that said £975 shall be taken as part of said sum of £2100 paid to (i).
