I was 22 years of age on 25th December last and was born at Wansford, County of Northampton, and am the son of Robert Starmore and Ann his wife. I have never heard where they were married. My father died about 18 years ago and during his lifetime was a settled inhabitant of Wansford. After my father's death I and my mother received relief from the parish of Wansford for about a twelvemonth. My mother is now married to William Riddle of Wansford, labourer. I have done no act to gain a settlement in my own right. I was married on the 15th instant at the parish church of St Paul to Caroline Foxen of St Paul, spinster.
