    Attested copy of release and conveyance with intent to make a tenant to the praecipe to suffer a common recovery: (i) Theed Pearse, Mentmore, Buckinghamshire, gentleman (eldest son and heir at law of George Pearse, late of Mentmore, gentleman, deceased, by Ann his wife who was only daughter and heir at law of John Theed, late of Mentmore, gentleman, also deceased, by Bridgett his wife, late Bridgett Marks, and which said John Theed was only son of John Theed, formerly of Mentmore, gentleman, by Ann his wife, formerly Ann Taylor, spinster, both deceased) (ii) Samuel Davis, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman (iii) William Croke, St Andrew, Holborn, London, gentleman. For barring and docking estates tail and in consideration of 10s paid to (i) by (ii), (i) releases to (ii) messuage at Wroxhill wherein George Pearse, late father of (i) dwelt and where Thomas Odell now dwells, and other property [details given]. (ii) will appear and vouch to warranty (i) who shall vouch over the common vouchee, who shall make default, so that a good common recovery shall be suffered and executed, for assurance of land.
