To intent that all estate tail may be cut off and property settled to use of (i), (i) covenants with (ii) to levy fine of messuage with appurtenances where William Denton dwells, at Roxhill, Marston Moretaine, with all outhouses, barns, orchards, back sides etc, and other property [details given]. Fine to be levied under name of: -- 1 messuage -- 2 barns -- 2 stables -- 2 gardens -- 2 orchards -- 100 acres land -- 25 acres meadow -- 15 acres pasture and common of pasture for all cattle in Marston Moretaine.
