    Assignment: (i) Katherine Gregory, Whitnoe Grange, Woburn, widow and executrix of Thomas Gregory, gentleman, deceased (ii) Samuel Fowler, Standish, Gloucestershire, clerk (iii) Diana Gregory, Whitnoe Grange (one of the daughters of Katherine and Thomas). Reciting loan by Thomas Gregory to Samuel Fowler of £200, and bond of 14 September 1709. Reciting also demise of 1 December 1690. Residue of term of 100 years is now legally vested in George Wells to secure £200 and interest. Reciting also deed of 14 September 1709. Estate and interest of Thomas Gregory is now absolute in law for residue of said term and is now absolute to (i) as his executrix. All interest for said £200 has been paid. Now (i), in consideration of £200 paid by (iii), assigns, with consent of (ii), to (iii) messuage, closes etc for residue of term of 1000 years. Provided that if (ii) pay to (iii) £206 on 14 March 1711/12, then (iii) will transfer all her interest in said premises to (ii). Signature of (i). Endorsed receipt.     Details of endorsement: Memorandum: (a) Symon Taylor, younger, Woburn, gentleman, and wife Diana (formerly called Diana Gregory, spinster) (b) John Sawyer, Furnivals Inn, London, gentleman (c) Elizabeth Sawyer, spinster, sister of (b). Consideration 5s paid to (a) by (b) and £200 paid to them by (c). Said £200 is part of consideration money of a deed of release wherein trustees of Samuel Fowler have conveyed freehold and inheritance of said property to (c). (a) with consent of (c) assign to (b) within assigned messuage and land and all claims of (a) to the same for remainder of term of 1000 years, in trust for (c), with intent that term may be kept on trust to attend and wait upon the inheritance of the same.
