On same day as this deed (iii) lent to (ii) £200, secured by bond in £400, to repay £205 on 14 March 1709/10. Reciting also demise of 1 December 1690. Residue of term of 1000 years has become legally vested in George Wells of Wavendon, Buckinghamshire, to secure £200 and interest. Reciting also assignment of 20 April 1709. Now in consideration of 5s paid to (i) by (iii) and to better secure repayment of £200 with interest to (iii), (i) assigns, at direction of (ii), to (iii) said messuage, ground etc for remainder of term of 1000 years, to secure repayment of £205.
