I was 25 years of age the 12th of last September and am the son of George Francis and Rebecca his wife, late of the parish of St Mary, both deceased. I was apprenticed by Indentures dated March 1830 which I now produce by the Trustees of the Harpur Charity to my late father George Francis for the term of seven years. I served him under the said Indentures and resided in his house in St Mary the whole of the said term. I now rent a Public House called the Angel in St Mary of George Peregrine Nash Esq. at the yearly rent of £30. I entered upon it on the 24th June last. I was married on 4th August instant at St Mary to Catherine Farrer.
