Letter from Joseph Hurley at Woburn to Theed Pearse enclosing letter from Mr Smith asking if he is compelled to serve on the Petty Jury. States he is a bankrupt with a meeting taking place on July 4th. He has no horse and no means to go with as everything has been sold, leaving him destitute.
