- Scope and ContentAssignment: (a) George Thomas Nicholson; Thomas Haydon, Guildford, Surrey, esquire (b) John Hubbard (c) Rev Thomas Hubbard, Leytonstone, Essex, clerk. Reciting death of Samuel Nicholson in 1827. By will dated 10 May 1821 he devised all his Manors etc to son, G T Nicholson. Will proved by (a) in Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 24 November 1827. (b) has paid off principal sum of £7000. Now in consideration of said £7000 and all interest paid by (b) to G T Nicholson, (a) assigns to (c) within mentioned Manor, lands etc to hold freed from mortgage debt of £7000 and interest, for remainder of said term of 500 years, in trust for (b), to attend the inheritance of the manor.
