Reciting various deeds: Deed of 1 November 1810 and endorsement of 12 March 1811 [see X 668/79] by which the Manor of Wroxhill, lands etc have become vested in (i) in trust to better secure payment to (iii) of £6000 and interest as in deed of 2 November 1810 [see X 668/80]. (iv) has purchased freehold from (ii) of said Manor and other property for £12,000, out of which said £6000 has been paid. Also reciting lease and release of 13 and 14 March 1811 [see X 668/83-84].
