[Reciting various deeds, details given] Has been agreed that to render title of (iv) to said manor more perfect, that (i) should assign the same to (v) for residue of term of 500 years. (i) at request of (iii) and (ii) and appointment of (iv) transfers to (v) Manor of Wroxhill, messuage, lands etc in Marston Moretaine for residue of said term in trust to attend the inheritance of the premises conveyed to (iv).     Reciting various deeds: Deed of 1 November 1810 and endorsement of 12 March 1811 [see X 668/79] by which the Manor of Wroxhill, lands etc have become vested in (i) in trust to better secure payment to (iii) of £6000 and interest as in deed of 2 November 1810 [see X 668/80]. (iv) has purchased freehold from (ii) of said Manor and other property for £12,000, out of which said £6000 has been paid. Also reciting lease and release of 13 and 14 March 1811 [see X 668/83-84].
