I am 22 years of age. I was born at St John, Bedford where my parents then resided. I lived with my father up to the time of my apprenticeship. i was apprenticed to my father in February 1832 for the term of seven years and served the full term of my apprenticeship with him and resided with my father during the whole of my apprenticeship and until about a fortnight ago when I went to reside in the house of William Wilmott of St Mary's, stonemason. I was married on Thursday 6th May instant at St Mary to Ann Wilmott, daughter of William Wilmott.
