I am 32 years of age. I was born in Olney, Bucks where my parents then resided, my father rented a house there. I was apprenticed by Indentures at the age of fourteen to John Killyworth, watchmaker, of Olney and served the whole term of my apprenticeship with him. During my apprenticeship I lived with my parents in the parish of Olney. For the last nine years I have worked as a journeyman with Mr John Bates of Kettering at weekly wages and under a weekly hiring and now occupy a house there. I have done no other act to gain a settlement. I was married this morning at St Paul, Bedford to Anna Wilcox.
