I was nineteen years of age on the 25th March last and was born at the parish of Wootton in this County where my father and mother Samuel Moore and Jane Moore then resided and still reside and of which parish my father was a settled inhabitant. I believe my father and mother were married at Wootton, her maiden name was Jane Francis. I have done nothing to gain a settlement in my own right. I was married on Sunday 25th instant to my wife Elizabeth formerly Elizabeth Clare of the said parish of St Paul, spinster.
