I shall be 27 years of age on the 25th instant. On the 28th April 1828 I was bound apprentice by Indentures to Stephen Barns of Chelmsford, coachmaker for the term of seven years. I served under my Indentures and lodged during the whole term of my apprenticeship in Chelmsford. I have done no act to gain any other settlement. I was married on Monday 20th April instant at St John, Bedford to Sarah Ann Stebbing.
