- Scope and ContentApplication for the turning, diverting and stopping up of Trapps Lane in Luton & West Hyde. A new highway is propsed in it place, leading from Luton to Wheathamstead.The proposed new road crosses land belongin to John Shaw Leigh, passing over fields and closes called; Fourteen Acre, Long Hill, Great Hill, Kidney Wood Close and Brick Kiln Field. Second Proposal is the turning, diverting and stopping up of a public footpath in the township of Luton and partly in the hamlet of West Hyde. A new footpath is propsed .
