    Conveyance: (i) George Maule, Huntingdon, gentleman (ii) John Maule, Greenwich, Kent, gentleman (iii) William Coleman, Boughton Malherbe, Kent, esquire (iv) James Alexander, Maidstone, Kent. Reciting that (iii) has agreed to purchase Manor from (i) for £7100, which it is not convenient for him to pay at once, so is agreed that £6000 shall be secured to be paid at end of 3 years, with interest at 5% per annum by a mortgage of the property and also by bond in £12,000. Now in consideration of £1100 paid by (iii) to (i), and also in consideration of £6000 to be paid as after mentioned, (i) and (ii), as trustee for (i), grant and enfeoff to (iii) Manor of Wroxhill, and messuage and 4 closes land belonging, in Wroxhill, Marston Moretaine (50 acres), in occupation of William Purney, which with messuage were late in occupation of William Yates and now of James Davies.     Details of other property: -- messuage, dove house etc belonging in Wroxhill, formerly in the occupation of Nicholas Price, deceased, since of James Hallworth, deceased, afterwards of William Bartram, late of John Langford and now of William Roberts -- closes etc -- new enclosure in Wroxhill Field (77 acres 3 roods 31 perches) -- 3 closes adjoining each other called Bushey Close, Five Acre Close and Six Acre Close, with spinney adjoining (18 acres 2 roods 13 perches) -- remaining part of Smith's Close (6 acres 11 perches) late in the occupation of William Roberts and William Yates and now of William Roberts and [-] Lineham, to be held on trust for use of (i) for 1000 years, but subject to provisions for making it void, and after determination of said term to use of (iii) and (iv) in trust for (iii) and to prevent any wife from becoming dowable in the said manor. Also (i) covenants to levy fine. If (iii) shall pay to (i) £6000 on 2 May 1813 and interest at 5% per annum then term of 1000 years shall be void. William Roberts and Norman Hughes appointed as attornies for (i) and (ii) to offer seisin of the property to (iii), who appoints Thomas Nowers on his behalf to receive the seisin.
