    (1) Declarations made 30 October 1841 by Thomas Attlee, surveyor of the highways of the parish of Westoning, David Greig farming bailiff of the parish of Westoning, and James Tacy Wing of Bedford, surveyor - that notices concerning the proposed stopping up of the highway have been displayed in the Bedford Mercury and Huntingdonshire Express newspaper [Greig]; that notices have been displayed at each end of the highway and on the church door at Westoning [Greig]; and that the plan indicating the section of highway to be stopped up is accurate [Wing] (2) Certificate of Charles Moore and J.B.Whitehurst, Justices of the Peace, dated 30 October 1841 - that they have viewed the highway known as Putchock Lane or Putchock Road, which extends westward from the road leading from Ampthil to Toddington near the cottage of Edward Aldridge to the footpath lately formed from Tingrith to Westoning near the north east corner of Westoning church yard, being 45 and 1/2 chains long, and agree that the highway is unnecessary. Also certify that the required notices have been published and plans delivered to them. (3) Copy of notice concerning proposed stopping up as unnecessary of highway in the parish of Westoning called Putchock Lane or Putchock Road. (4) Plan of Lower Road leading from Flitwick to Westoning.
