    Reciting conveyance of 24 June 1800 and fine of Hilary term last relating to property firstly hereinafter described. Reciting also demise of 28 September 1799: (a) James Bayley, George Meacher (b) John Ransom. By which (a) demised to (b) closes etc secondly hereinafter described. Term 1000 years. Repayment £800 and interest. Default was made in said payment. (ii) has paid to (i) and (iii) the interest on their debts and has paid to (i) £100 (part of said £3500) so £3400 remains due to (i) and £800 to (iii). Also (ii) has requested (vii) to lend him £4200 to pay off debts due to (i) and (iii) and further sum of £1800 (total £6000). Doubts have arisen whether (v), in the right of Elizabeth, his late wife, who was one of the 2 daughters and one of the executors of William Brown, deceased, may not claim some interest in said Manor and secondly described property, as part of residuary estate of William Brown. Also (iv), (iii) and (v) at direction of (ii) and nomination of (vii) transfer, and (ii) has ratified and confirmed, to (viii): -- said Manor, messuage, lands etc and all claims etc of (iv) in said property to hold to (viii) for residue of term of 500 years in deed of 30 July 1662 on trust. Also (ii) demises, and (iv) at request of (ii) also demises, to (vii): -- messuage in Wroxhill, Marston Moretaine, once in the occupation of Richard Bart, then John Steffe, then John Neale, and now of (ii) -- closes, pasture, land etc adjoining -- Ley Close (10 acres) -- Fish Pond Close (5 acres) -- Hill Close (5 acres) -- Gate Close (1 acre) -- Horne Pightle (1 acre) -- The Hanging of the Hill (7 acres) -- Little Bottom (2 acres) -- Middle Bottom (4 acres) -- Great Bottom (5 acres) -- Coldhams (7 1/2 acres) -- Great Hill Close (6 acres) -- Stokes Pightle (1 acre) in Marston Moretaine, formerly in the occupation of Richard Bart, then John Steffe, since of John Neale and now of (ii) -- plot in Hunger Hill Close (3 acres 3 perches): E Theed Pearse; S (part) Trustees of Newport Charity; S (remaining part) Earl Spencer; every other part homestead etc above mentioned being an allotment to (iii) and wife Ann at the inclosure of Marston Moretaine, to hold to (vii) for 1200 years at yearly rent of 1 peppercorn to secure repayment by (ii) to (vii) of £6000 and interest at 5% per annum i.e. £150 on 24 June next and also on 24 December and principal sum on 24 December 1801. Said £6000 is same sum as in bond of even date between (ii) and (vii). If repaid at date mentioned, term of 1200 years shall cease and become void and premises and remainder of terms of years reassigned to (ii). It is also declared that said Manor etc assigned to (viii) for remainder of term of 500 years is in trust for (vii) to better secure repayment of £6000 and interest, and after repayment then in trust for (ii).
