  • Title
    Deed of indemnity: (i) William Henry Gibbins, Clapham, farmer (ii) William Davis, Brynhaulog, Bridgend, Glamorgan, esquire. Reciting deed of same date but made previously: (a) W H Gibbins (b) Cyana Allison Gibbins (c) Louisa Ann Gibbins (d) William Davis. Property in Milton Ernest as in 1st schedule and on plan, coloured red and green, were conveyed by (a) to use of (d). Property in 2nd schedule, is, by virtue of will of Edward Knight, formerly of Milton Ernest, esquire, deceased, subject to an annuity of £75 payable to Martha Donne for life, and to a principal sum of £1500 payable at her death among her children. (i) is seised of property in Milton Ernest described n 2nd schedule and coloured yellow on plan. On treaty for sale for lands in 1st schedule it was agreed that lands in 2nd schedule should be exclusively charged with payment of said annuities and principal sum. Now (i) charges lands in 2nd schedule, with payment of annuity and principal sum, in exoneration of lands specified in 1st schedule and all other lands lately forming part of the Milton Ernest estate.
