    Conveyance: (i) William Lowe, All Saints, Northampton, draper (eldest son of George Lowe, late of Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, deceased, who was eldest son of James Lowe and wife Anne, formerly of Barnet, Hertfordshire, farmer, deceased) (ii) Sarah Harrison, Pavenham, widow (iii) Thomas Slaney, late of Little Staughton, and now of Riseley, yeoman. [Reciting several documents] Now 'for purpose of settling all differences' and for confirming the title of (iii) to the premises, also in consideration of £30 a piece to (i) and (ii), (i) and (ii) convey to (iii) all property as in lease and release of 7 and 8 February 1820.     Reciting several documents: -- Will of Abraham Little [see X 668/10] and subsequent marriages, deaths etc -- Lease and release of 7 and 8 February 1820 [see X 668/17 and 18] which, in consequence of certain differences having arisen between James Lowe and Thomas Harrison the elder, and Thomas Peck, were never executed by James Lowe and wife Anne, and Thomas Harrison the elder and wife Sarah. -- Nevertheless Thomas Peck continued in possession of the premises up to his death. Thomas Harrison the elder, in March 1831, leaving Sarah Harrison, his widow, without having done any act to pass the estate of Sarah in the premises. James Lowe and wife Ann never did any act to pass estate of Ann and they had several children of whom George Lowe was eldest. -- He married Mary Guilder by whom he had 6 children of whom (i) is the eldest son. George Lowe died on 21 November 1813. Anne Lowe died in 1820. James Lowe died in November 1825. -- Will of Thomas Peck, dated 1 April 1836 [see X 668/26]. He died on 19 February 1841. His sister, Susannah Sutton, died before him in November 1837.
