    Mortgage (by lease and release): (i) Benjamin Coles, Olney, Buckinghamshire, grocer (ii) Lucy Whitworth, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, widow (iii) William Nash, North Crawley, Buckinghamshire, malster (iv) Thomas Peck, Milton Ernest, yeoman (v) Thomas Ball, Oakley, farmer. Sums of £430 and £230 still remain unpaid. (iii) has called in said £430 and (iv) being unable to pay it off has requested (v) to lend him that amount and also further £70 (total £500). Now in consideration of £230 paid to (ii) by (v) at request of (iii) and (iv) in full of money owing on release of 22 February 1830, and of further sum of £200 paid to (iii) by (v) at request of (iv) by release of 8 September 1829, and in consideration of £70 paid by (v) to (iv) (total £500), (i) at request of (ii) and with consent of (iii) and direction of (iv) releases to (v) cottage in Milton Ernest, formerly in occupation of Abraham Little, late of (iv) and since of Robert Mole, called The Swan. [Details of other property] To hold (subject to lease of 1st described property to William Giddins for 14 years by deed of 15 January 1834) to use of (v) for ever, discharged from proviso for redemption in deed of 8 September 1829.
