I am about 27 years of age. I was born at Brentwood, County of Essex where my father now resides. When fourteen years of age was placed out apprentice to my Uncle Mordecai Andrews of Rayne near Braintree in Essex. I only served half the term of my apprenticeship (3 years and a half) and then left by mutual consent. Since that period I have worked as a journeyman in different parts of the country. Have resided in Bedford about two years and a half and worked as a journeyman. I now reside in St Peter. Was married on the 18th October instant at St Paul to Mary Rolfe.
