Title
Copy of will of Thomas Slaney, Little Staughton, yeoman. To William Goodliffe, Little Staughton, farmer and Thomas Hawkins, Basmead, Eaton Socon, farmer: all cottages, real estate etc in trust for sale; all household furniture, and all other personal estate etc on trust to convert into money. Proceeds to pay debts, to receive £10 each for their trouble, and invest proceeds until youngest child is 21. Meanwhile on trust to apply interest to bring up children until youngest is 21 then to divide securities etc equally among children and their issue, if dead. Said William Goodliffe and Thomas Hawkins made executors. Copy signature of Thomas Slaney. Witnesses: John Reedham, Kimbolton, Samuel Medlow, Little Staughton, Thomas George, Little Staughton
