    i) James Wright Salisbury; ii) George Bourn, whiting manufacturer, Joshua Dunham, carpenter, both of Dunstable; iii) Richard Blackwell, Dunstable, esquire. (Supplemental to deeds in schedule.) Reciting will of Thomas Bourn, hurdle maker, who died on 5 February 1883. By his will dated 16 June 1882 he appointed his wife, Ann Bourn and ii) executors and trustees. Said Ann Bourn died on 19 February 1883. Will proved by ii) on 30 March 1883 (Northampton). £125 still remains owing on above mortgage. Now in consideration of £125 paid by iii) to i), i) as mortgagee conveys to iii) by direction of ii): 4 messuages [as in X692/10 above], to secure repayment of above sum and interest at 5% per annum; buildings to be insured in sum of £200. Schedule: Mortgage of 20 October 1875 and 10 March 1876; Transfer of mortgage of 10 March 1876 and of 12 November 1884. Copy signatures and witnesses. Attached: receipt of i) and undertaking to sign reconveyance
