Now in consideration of £125 paid to i) by ii), i) transfers to ii): said £125; 4 messuages in Union Street, Houghton Regis, now in occupation of Rebecca Birchmore, Edward Smith, Edward Bartlett and William Fearn, NW Thomas Smith, SW William Turney, NW part of Bull Close; to hold subject to equity of redemption under transfer of mortgage of 2 March 1880.
