    Declaration of the uses of a fine: (i) Daniel Taylor, Milton Ernest, [-] (ii) Jeremy Taylor, Milton Ernest, yeoman, half brother of (i). Whereas (i) in Trinity term 13 Anne [1714] levied a fine to Robert Bell, esquire, of: cottage etc in Cooks Lane, Milton Ernest, formerly in tenure of John Robinson the younger and widow Heart, and now of (ii) and Richard Stapleton, with orchard, backside etc belonging; other cottage in the same yard lately built and now in the occupation of Richard Edwards; 1 1/2 acres land in Milton Ernest lying in one piece in Church Way Furlong shooting upon Bradiff's wood formerly in the occupation of Thomas Taylor, and now in the occupation of (ii). By the name of 5 messuages, 6 cottages, 6 gardens, 6 orchards, 10 acres land, 2 acres meadow and 24 acres pasture with appurtenances in Bedford, Milton, Cople, Roxton and Chawston, it is now agreed that said fine regarding the cottages in Milton Ernest shall be deemed to use of (ii).
