Release of rights and easements in respect of a water supply at Church and Churchyard of St. Mary the Virgin, Kensworth. Recites Deed of Grant made 7 February 1994 [not deposited] between i) Vernon Francis Moore and Ann Elizabeth Moore; ii) The Commissioners; iii) the Reverend Peter Malcolm Palmer; iv) the PCC and v) the Equitable Life Assurance Society, for rights and easements in respect of a water supply for the benefit of the parish church and churchyard, granted to Commissioners in fee simple. Alternative water supply now being laid and connected, 1), 2), 3) and 4) now release 5) from the Rights in the original grant. Witnesses: David Shelley; Mary Lynda Handford; Michelle Banerjee.
