There is now due and owing from John Coles, of St Mary, Bedford, coach painter on an Order made 25 April 1829 made for the maintenance of the male bastard child of Mary Ann Page, singlewoman born in the said parish of St Paul, of which he hath been adjudged the reputed father and of which Order he hath had due notice, the sum of six pounds eight shillings which he hath neglected and refused to pay although the same hath been legally demanded of him by this complainant.
