There is now due and owing from John Wykes, late of St John, Bedford, labourer, on an Order made 19 April 1830 made for the maintenance of the male bastard child of Maria Fleming, singlewoman born in the said parish of St John, of which he hath been adjudged the reputed father and of which Order he hath had due notice, the sum of five pounds fifteen shillings which he hath neglected and refused to pay although the same hath been legally demanded of him
