I am about 29 years of age, was born at Kennington, County of Surrey. On 17th February 1830 I let myself to John Reevely Morris of Cannon Street, St Clement, Eastcheap, City of London, cheesemonger as a warehouseman at the wages of £20 per annum. I continued in that employ until 17 February last, having received the whole of my wages, and have not done any act since to gain a settlement. I was married on the 20th instant at St Peter, Bedford to Lucy Simons.
