Assignment of two terms of years: (i) Richard Reddall, Eversholt, esquire, executor of the last will of Thomas Reddall, late of Eversholt, gentleman (ii) Stephen Cook, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman, trustee of will of Thomas Reddall (iii) Oliver Edwards, St Bartholomew the Great, London, brewer. Now in consideration of £600 paid to (i) by (iii) and 5s to (ii) paid by (iii), (i) with consent of (ii) assigns to (iii) said Manor, messuage, closes etc for remainder of said terms of 1000 years and 500 years, also to hold said principal sums of £300 and £91 and interest, as his own proper monies for ever.
