    Details given: -- Reciting transfer of [20] February 1695: (a) said Simon Urlin (b) [Sarah] Partridge, London, spinster (c) Rowland Carleton, [-], esquire; Thomas Arnold, Ampthill, gentleman. -- Reciting that (c) were possessed of Manor of Wroxhill, messuage, 4 closes pasture (50 acres) etc in the occupation of William Purney in trust for (a) for residue of term of 500 years; (c) were also interested in same premises for residue of term of 1000 years. -- Also reciting deed of 20 September 1695 [see X 668/46] -- Reciting also deed of 20 July 1698: (1) said Sarah Partridge (2) Elizabeth Chaplin, London, spinster (3) Frances Urlin.
