Among papers of the deceased was found a promissory note of 30 October 1896 under hand of William Nash to secure £300 to Louisa Phillpot. Has been made to appear that said note was not existing debt due from William Nash. Now to put end to any question or dispute is agreed: William Nash agrees to forego his share in favour of his daughters. He agrees to pay all interest on a mortgage for £300 due to Mr Flawn of St Neots. Sarah Louisa Elgood and Rose Hannah Richardson agree to forego any claim for payment by said William Nash of said Promissory Note. Signatures of all.
