I am about 22 years of age, was born in St Paul. I was bound apprentice by the Trustees of the Harpurs Charity on 14th October 1823 (by Indenture now produced) to his brother William Course then of St Paul, millwright for seven years. I served the first three years of my time in St Paul when my brother removing to St Peter I served the remaining four years with him there and have not done anyAct since to gain a settlement. I was married in the 11th instant at St Peter to Ann Field.
