Joseph Inkersole Warr, late of St Paul, Bedford, watchmaker, being a person able to work and maintain his wife and children hath refused to do so, whereby his wife and children are actually chargeable to the parish of St Paul. Thereby the said Joseph Inkersole Warr hath committed an act of vagrancy.
