i) Harry Rixson, 21 & 22, High Street South, Dunstable, antique furniture dealer; ii) Arthur Edward Langridge, Dunstable, esquire, as agent for the Institute. Now i) agrees to let room on right side of entrance to 22, High Street South, Dunstable (as is now used by the said Institute as a Reading Room), term – 1 year from 29 September 1903, rent - £7 per annum; 3 months notice to terminate tenancy to be given; i) agrees to pay all rates and taxes and to clean, dust and tidy the room, to light the fires and extinguish the gas; ii) agrees to pay i) 2s per week as caretaker.
