    i) Arthur Hickman, Birmingham, Warwickshire, commercial clerk; ii) Ebenezer Hickman, Kensworth, plait dealer; iii) Cassandra Hickman, Amy Hickman, Kensworth, spinsters. Reciting that John Hickman, late of Kensworth, plait dealer, by his will dated 31 October 1873 devised all his property to 2 sons, i) and ii) to convert it into money and after the death of wife, Mary Hickman (since deceased) to pay proceeds between his children, i.e. between i) to iii). John Hickman died on 23 March 1885. Will proved by i) and ii) in Principal Probate Registry on 18 April 1885. Reciting also deed of 26 December 1885 between a) Frederick William Gilbey, b) Elizabeh Gilbey, widow and c) Arthur and Ebenezer Hickman by which property in 2nd schedule were conveyed to use of c) as tenants in common. i) has agreed with ii) and iii) in consideration of £110 to release his rights to said property; now in consideration of said £110 paid to i) by ii) with approbation of iii) out of money belonging to the estate of John Hickman, i) as beneficial owner of ¼th part of property as in schedule, to be held by ii) on trusts as in will. 1st schedule (real estate belonging to John Hickman at time of decease): cottage with room or chamber over the gateway adjoining the same and garden behind being 131 West Street, Dunstable; right of way along said gateway to use well in yard (subject to payment of one-third of repair expenses) (conveyance dated 14 December 1869); - 3 messuages called Elm Cottages, Kensworth, Hertfordshire, and meadow land belonging (conveyance of 3 March 1877). 2nd schedule (estate acquired since the death of John Hickman): messuage in Albion Street, Dunstable on SW side of Victoria Street (conveyance of 26 December 1885).
