i) George Osborn, Dunstable, furniture dealer; ii) Henry Matthew Mead, Linslade, Buckinghamshire, builder; iii) Sarah Osborn, wife of said George Osborn; now to settle his property i) grants to ii) - property as in schedule; to hold to such uses as iii) shall appoint, and in default, to use of i) in trust for iii) for life, and after her decease in trust for their children at 21; various provisions including that of appointing new trustees. Schedule: 4 piece[s] of ground adjoining each other on W side of Victoria Street, Dunstable, numbered 84-87 on British Land Company particulars; 21 High Street, Dunstable, as divided into 2 messuages [mortgaged to M G Walker of Kensworth for £700]; 8 to 12, Victoria Street (5 messuages), also mortgaged to M G Walker; 4 messuages (built on lots 81-83 in the plans of the British Land Company Limited) mortgaged to Mr Smith of Heath and Reach for £350.
