- Scope and ContentSamuel Barber: on 11 February, he missed a chain from a [?] threshing machine. This was standing in the yard of Mr Bates of Tillbrook. He did not see the chain again until 8 March when he saw it within the shop of Henson Hitchcock of Swineshead. Henson Hitchcock: was a blacksmith living in Swineshead, in Huntingdon. On 20 February he bought the chain from William Silby for 2 pence halfpenny. William Walker: on 31 March, following information he obtained the chain from Henson Hitchcock and apprehended the prisoner.
