    James Dimmock: Millard stated that Dimmock had told him, that he had not been out in Luton that night. That was untrue. He had left home about 4 o'clock and went to Cooper's Public House. He then went to Fold's at Mangrove. Millard had told him if it was up to him, he would have been transported. David Durrant: Millard had said eh found rabbit fleck on is coat. It was not rabbit fleck. He had been sick on his coat and laid it between the blankets. It was the stuff of the blanket on his coat. He stated he told Millard he had been with Dimmock at Cooper's Public house. Millard had also asked him if he knew a man named Peters at Breachwood Green, and he had told him he did but had not seen him for a long while.
