Rupert Gunnis in his Dictionary of British Sculptors 1660-1851 attributes the monument to John Hunt of Northampton, who carved the Diana pediment at Hinwick House OR 2315/14a-c wrapped in photographic paper of George A Dean, Photographer, 14 High Street, Rugby
