Deposition of Martha Caves of Marston Moretaine, spinster, servant of Thomas Inskip

David Two brought 2 hampers of wine to her master's house about 10.15pm on Saturday. She did not examine the hampers that night. The next morning she emptied the hampers. One was untied and there were only 35 bottles in the hamper. She is sure it had not been untied after it was delivered by Two as she locked it up in a room and kept the key until she emptied them. The bottles were all marked port on the seal of the corks. The straw in the hamper with 35 bottles was loose and appeared to have been "touzed about".
