- Scope and ContentHenry Cheshire informed him a man had come to his shop and given him a bad shilling. They went in search of the man and found White standing near Mr Partridge's shop. He took him into custody and took him into Partridge's shop. He searched White and found on him £1 10s 4 1/4d in good money. In his waistcoat pocket he found a counterfeit half crown and a counterfeit shilling. In the shop Mr Cheshire found a bag containing 6 counterfeit half crowns an 8 counterfeit shillings.
