I am 25 years of age, was born in Sandy where my father and mother James and Sarah Underwood then resided and belonged, my father having gained such settlement by service in that parish but I do not know with whom. To the best of my knowledge and lelief he has never since gained a settlement elsewhere. I have never gained a settlement in my own right. I was married on the 10th January instant at St John, Bedford to Hannah Francis.
