- Scope and ContentWilliam Breakwell, police constable - he was on duty the previous day at Biggleswade races. There was a fight and a great mob. He was with the other constables trying to stop it but was prevented by the mob of whom Joseph Dunton was one. Joseph Russell another constable took hold of him and held him while he put handcuffs on him. Thomas Henshaw - saw Joseph Dunton laying hold of the policeman Breakwell and shoving him away to prevent him suppressing a fight that was taking place.
